the physician on duty prescribe the child with NSAID to treat the fever..

later on the condition of child become worse..

and he was suffering from acute renal failure..

mybe that child having pneumonia ke gastroenteritis ke..

tp maybe jgak viral infection..

pengajaran: ambk history of the patient elok2,do thorough clinical examintion,and order proper investigation based on suspicion

jgn sesuka hati prescribe ubat yg mungkin is nephrotoxic..
